- 1 package of coleslaw mix or ½ head of cabbage shredded
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of pickle juice
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- In a large bowl whisk together the pickle juice, mayo and salt and pepper.
- Add in the cabbage slaw mix and toss fully into wet ingredients.
- Let sit in refrigerator for a few hours before serving and enjoy!
