Holiday party, family dinner, something everyone will love? THIS IS IT!!! SO SIMPLE and delicious EVERYONE will love this green “bean” and beef casserole!
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Redmond season all *
- 2 cups green beans, frozen
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Brown onion and garlic in a skillet with avocado oil until fragrant and then add ground beef.
Cook ground bee ground beef in a skillet onion and garlic until browned and fully cooked through.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted then add broth, cream, green beans and spices to combine thoroughly.
Allow to bring to a boil to thicken then reduce heat and simmer. smooth out and top with cheddar cheese
Transfer the mixture to a 8×8 Pyrex casserole dish smooth out and top with cheddar cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
