Holiday party, family dinner, something everyone will love? THIS IS IT!!! SO SIMPLE and delicious EVERYONE will love this green “bean” and beef casserole!
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Redmond season all *
- 2 cups green beans, frozen
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Brown onion and garlic in a skillet with avocado oil until fragrant and then add ground beef.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked through.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted then add broth, cream, green beans and spices to combine thoroughly.
Allow to bring to a boil to thicken then reduce heat and simmer.
Transfer the mixture to a 8×8 Pyrex casserole dish smooth out and top with cheddar cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
