Holiday party, family dinner, something everyone will love? THIS IS IT!!! SO SIMPLE and delicious EVERYONE will love this creamy sausage pepper casserole!
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 10-14oz. can of diced tomato and green chilies
- 1 teaspoon Redmond season all *
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Brown onion and in a skillet with avocado oil until fragrant and then add sausage.
Add in the bell peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes with the onion, garlic and sausage.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted then add diced tomatoes and green chilies and spices to combine thoroughly.
Allow to bring to a boil to thicken then reduce heat and simmer.
Transfer the mixture to a 8×8 Pyrex casserole dish smooth out and top with cheddar cheese
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
