Have you tried to cook a whole spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot? IF you have NOT, you HAVE TO! It comes out super perfect quickly! It will take about a half hour from start to finish but the cooking time is only about 15 minutes!
Ok so here is what you do:
- Add one cup of water to the Instant Pot and then set its steamer basket or a metal trivet inside the pot as well.
- Be sure to pierce the squash with a small knife all over the squash then carefully cut it in half and remove the seeds.
- Put the squash in the Instant Pot (inner side up) and set it for 15 minutes on high pressure and sealing.
- After 15 minutes, release the pressure and carefully remove the squash. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before you begin shredding.
