🔥IF YOU WANT TO COUNT CALORIES…GO FOR IT! I WILL NOT!!!
🔥The ketogenic lifestyle has liberated me from the chains of calorie counting … chains that have bound me for over 25 years. Here is my rationalle:
🔥I don’t count because they really don’t matter///YES you heard me…they don’t matter. Not in the traditional sense or how you have been thinking if you have been thinking like me!
🔥Every doctor I ever had wanted me to, but it is outdated nutrition advice according to my research. If you are happy doing that…then go ahead. I WILL NOT. Weight loss and health is soooo much more than calories. In reality calories are a unit of heat measurement. The human body doesn’t have receptors for calories. It has tons of receptors for bio-chemical reactions though. Check out the history on the unit of the “calorie” and how it was introduced to human nutrition. It is a farse IMO.
🔥YES MANY UNHEALTHY foods are higher in calories, and what I have found is that being overweight is a HORMONE problem, not a calorie problem:)
🔥It has to do with the actual food type of foods (macronutrients) and even WHEN we eat and how often/not often. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. I am not here to convince anyone of anything. This has been what has worked for me and how I am rolling.
